This policy explains what information Bloomkala collects when you visit, why, and the choices you have.
Who we are
Bloomkala is an independent website sharing curated ideas, inspiration and product recommendations. You can reach us any time via our contact form.
Information we collect
- Anonymous usage statistics. Our own analytics count page views per day, the referring website, device type and country. It uses no cookies and stores no IP addresses or identifiers.
- Google Analytics (only if you accept analytics cookies) collects information about how you use the site, such as pages visited and time on page.
- Newsletter. If you subscribe we store your email address and the date you signed up.
- Contact form. We store the name, email and message you send so we can reply.
- Security. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address to do this.
Advertising and cookies
We may show ads served by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Visitors in the EEA, UK and Switzerland are asked for consent through a Google-certified consent message before personalised ads are shown. Everywhere else you can choose your preferences in our cookie banner, and change them any time using Cookie settings in the footer. If you decline, any ads shown are non-personalised.
Affiliate links
Some pages contain affiliate links. When you click one, the retailer may set its own cookies to attribute a purchase to us. We only record that a click happened, not who clicked. See our affiliate disclosure.
How we use information
To run and improve the website, understand which content is helpful, reply to messages, send the newsletter you asked for, keep the site secure, and show ads that fund free content. We never sell your personal information.
Service providers
Cloudflare (hosting, security, storage), Google (Analytics, AdSense), and — only for site administrators — Google Firebase (sign-in). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Retention
Aggregated statistics are kept for up to 13 months. Contact messages are deleted when no longer needed. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR or CCPA/CPRA) you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your data, and to object to or restrict processing. Email us via our contact form and we will respond within 30 days. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above.
